artist statement
The orange peel theory states that if your partner is willing to peel an orange when asked, that they are engaged in the small, intimate parts of the relationship, and therefore, are trustworthy.

As a writer, I hope to create an intimacy through honesty, and through all the small things, with my readers. I want them to feel as if I have torn open an orange for them to indulge in, and to share with me.
